Project Life for 2013

I have been doing project life since April this year, I bought the olive core kit at the Craft & Quilt show at the Sydney convention centre earlier this year

Inked Class - Studio Calico

I have been participating in the Studio Calico Inked class - it's focused on using your stamps more and several techniques you can apply using your stamps. 

So far I have made 2 cards for the class

These cards both use the stamp set provided for the class

The first card - the paper is a bit wonky.. oh well! 

I applied glossy accents to all of the pins and the frame, unfortunately its hard to see the shine on the pins, but it's there 

Having lots of fun making these cards, as I am forcing myself to make a card every night and actually use my supplies!

Birthday Cards

I made 2 birthday cards, one using PTI's set Irresistibly Ikat and one using my cute stamps. Still not happy with the photos I am taking (lack of light at night + no time) but these are a bit better than the first photos I put up on my blog about a year ago..
Ha.. i've been 'blogging' for over a year now and still no-one reads my blog.. But I can only blame myself as I don't comment on anyone's page or blog often enough!
Anyway... 

Mothers Day Cards

Have had no time to post but I guess better late than never, Mother's day was ages ago!
I made 2 cards one for my mum and one 'just in case' 

I made the second card for the PTI perfect pearls Make it monday challenge, which of course I didn't get to post in time before the challenge ended.. 

Terrible photos in full sun, but I took these as I ran out the door! 

Play Date Cafe Challenge #177

This is my first entry to the play date cafe challenge..
I love the colour combo.. especially as aqua is included!

I took my inspiration from the cushion, and knew I had a lighthouse stamp somewhere!
Very fun and easy card to make
